Panoramic Europe
In the summer of 2009, I spent over two months backpacking around Europe with friends. Here are some panoramic photos I took along the way. Each one consists of multiple shots taken with a Sony DSC-P73 digital camera and stitched together with Hugin and Autopano-SIFT. No physical stabilizing devices were used, so some choppiness may be seen in the high-resolution versions. I still think they're pretty good.
Click each thumbnail below for the full-size JPEG version. They range in size from 538 KiB to 1.76 MiB. The orginal PNG files, with transparent backgrounds instead of black ones, are available on request. As a reminder, all of these photos (and most of the content of this site) are available under the license indicated at the bottom of the page.
To read about my travels and see some beautiful non-panoramic photos that I took, check out the blog posts in the Europe '09 category.
