I have the original copy of mine, which sets out in writing exactly how much I have to pay, so if they try to screw me, I'll raise hell. But I don't think they'll do that. And for anyone wondering what I meant about the kitchen: it was pretty small, but I didn't want to hold that against it because it will probably be a good kitchen. "fairly pricey" my ass. But that's a LONG bus ride every day, lol. Be careful of the roomate matching things- you're on a seperate lease from them right?
