I wonder if your housing department is made up of droids and jobsworths. That makes all the difference. I know at the U of O there is a smaller group within housing that controls computing and given the technology savvy of most housing workers it makes sense you would have one, too. We have some pretty cool people on staff, even when it comes to the ones who deal with MAFIAA complaints. Find out who's in charge and pay a personal visit. Did you actually mail it in?
