Josh Schlossberg of the Native Forest Council points out that the issue was not the sprayer: "I WAS AN EYE-WITNESS and the issue was NOT about the silly water bottle, as that was left on the ground ignored by cops for 15 minutes after the arrests until I picked it up in full view without the officers caring in the least and carried it around for hours to show to media and EPD never tried to take it as "evidence."
